Strategies Of Sanitation Environmental Counseling Towards Increasing Attitude Of Community On Preserve Environment In Makassar City

Abstract This research aims to determine differences in public attitudes before and after the given extension using the audio-visual media and images media. This research was conducted at the city of Makassar South Sulawesi with quantitative research experiment with the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this research are all the people in the red zone of the District Tallo Makassar.The research results shows counseling using audio-visual media is a t-count value obtained was 8.048> t-table value of (0.05; 24) was 1,711 with sig 0.000> 0.05. Because t count> t-table and sig t-table value of (0.05; 24) was 1.711 with sig 0.000> 0.05. Because t count> t-table and sig <0.05 then it can be concluded that there are significant differences between the level of public knowledge before and after the extension of sanitary by using images media. Europe’s Lack of Structural Transformation and Necessary Policy Changes of EMU

Primary goal of stabilization policy in the Treaty of European Union is price stability. That goal may be in conflict with the goal of full employment in the member states, particularly, then the union are hit by an asymmetric shock. Assuming perfect capital mobility a initial adverse shock (Krugman 1993) may have permanent effects by releasing a self-reinforcing process, which will result in lower relative growth. Given the specification of a model that captures the crucial element of efficient structural transformation it is easy to conclude the lack of necessary structural transformation within EMU. In addition, the basic foundation of economic policy by EMU, as manifested by the Treaty of European Union, is by latter research put into question. Therefore this paper suggest, it is necessary that the Treaty of European Union must be supplemented, changed, or both.European Monetary Union; Structural flexibility; Optimal transformation; Phillips curve; Maastricht Treaty; Stability and Growth Pact.

PEMANFAATAN SAMPAH BUAH DAN SAMPAH SAYURAN SEBAGAI ECO ENZYME UNTUK PENYUBUR TANAMAN

Eco enzyme dapat dibuat dari fermentasi buah-buahan yang di peroleh  dari sampah organik  buah dan sayuran. Bahan-bahan ini mudah didapatkan dan apabila di gunakan sebagai bahan pembuatan Eco enzyme sebagai mikroorganisme lokal akan aman bagi tanah. Berdasakan fakta yang ada, diperlukan sebuah tindakan untuk mengecilkan dampak negatif yang terjadi dan berusaha meningkatkan dampak positif secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan sampah buah dan sampah sayuran sebagai Eco enzyme. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu  eksperimen lapangan dengan menggunakan sampah buah, sampah sayuran dan molase sebagai Eco enzyme serta menambahkan air sumur sebagai pengencer. Hasil penelitian kualitas fisik sampah buah sebagai Eco Enzyme secara fisik memenuhi syarat dengan hasil pemeriksaan NPK nitrogen 0,31% P2O5 2,68 %, Kalium 0,09 pH 6,0 , sedangkan untuk kualitas kimia tidak memenuhi syarat; kualitas fisik sampah sayuran sebagai Eco Enzyme memenuhi syarat secara fisik dengan hasil NPK Nitrogen = 0,17%, P2O5 = 1,56 %, Kalium = 0,05, pH 5,5 , sedangkan untuk kualitas kimia tidak memenuhi syarat; kualitas fisik sampah buah dan sampah sayuran sebagai Eco Enzyme memenuhi syarat secara fisik dengan nilai NPK yaitu Nitrogen = 0,11%, P2O5 = 1,49 %, Kalium = 0,04, pH 5,8  , sedangkan untuk kualitas kimia tidak memenuhi syarat;dan pengaruh penambahan pupuk cair dari sampah buah dan sayuran terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman sawi tidak terlalu berpengaruh dan tidak mempercepat pertumbuhan tanaman sawi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan sampah buah dan sayuran tidak efektif untuk menyuburkan tanaman. Diharapkan kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar melaksanakan sebuah penelitian terkait Eco enzyme sampah buah dan sayuran yang mengandung nilai NPK yang tinggi.Kata Kunci : Eco Enzyme, Penyubur Tanaman, Sampah Buah, Sampah Sayuran

In this article we present a statistical version of the Candes-Tao restricted isometry property (SRIP for short) which holds in general for any incoherent dictionary which is a disjoint union of orthonormal bases. In addition, under appropriate normalization, the eigenvalues of the associated Gram matrix fluctuate around 1 according to the Wigner semicircle distribution.
